Katie spent the last 25 years leading sales and business development efforts at Johnson & Johnson and American Express before bringing her track record of success in exceeding sales forecasts and marketplace objectives to Emerge.

Glenn Alves

Glenn has led our successful global expansion at Emerge. His 15 years of experience in the talent industry, including nearly a decade with Kelly Staffing, he has helped our clients realize their goals in both Europe and Asia.

Jim Gabalski

VP, Growth and Development

Jim has 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and management with category expertise in IT, training & development and healthcare. His focus and track record has been on delivering transformative strategies and implementing tactical programs. He is responsible for driving the growth of Emerge by taking our value proposition to new clients.

Rebecca Valladares

VP, Talent Solutions

Over the past 18 years, Rebecca has held a variety of senior leadership roles where she gained tremendous experience and knowledge in the Shared Service Operations and Human Capital solutions space. She will help propel Emerge to the next level with Direct Placement, RPO and select Managed Services as well as deliver on the promise of excellence by bringing together our Talent Acquisition and Talent Development efforts.

Dick Rapach

VP, Client Engagement

Dick has 25+ years of extensive experience as a Sales and General Manager. His successful track record includes building startup call center operations. Dick will be responsible for building our Client Engagement practice which will include our Contact Center, Direct, Digital and IT support services. He is known for inspiring a culture of loyalty, high-performance and entrepreneurial spirit.
