We are committed to conducting our business in a socially responsible and ethical manner. These modest efforts reflect our commitment to continuous improvement to our People, Community and Environment.
Our team members are our most important assets. We are proud to provide a work environment where employees are appreciated, valued and given regular feedback. We recognize parental and family obligations and support our team members by being flexible with their hours, or allowing them personal time on short notice. Emerge provides a creative working environment where all of our people are encouraged to collaborate, develop their skills, and grow as individuals.
Our extended team also includes our clients, as we are at the service of their success. Emerge nurtures our relationships with clients by listening closely to their needs, being nimble with our solutions and delivering quantifiable results.
Each year, we carefully select a series of not-for-profit organizations whose efforts and impacts align with our values. We support these organizations throughout the year by donating financially as well as serving on boards and volunteering our time.

Our commitment to reducing our ecological footprint starts at home, with our headquarters located in a LEED certified building (one of the first in Rochester, NY). The entire building infrastructure has been fitted with geo-thermal heat pumps that use the ambient temperature of the ground 240 feet below the surface to both heat and cool the building. Our workforce is constantly on the go, and so a completely electronic operational system has allowed us to conduct business with minimal waste. We also provide environmentally friendly reusable water bottles for all team members and recycle in all of our offices.
